1. Introduction
Welcome to Al Falah Collection. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform allows users to purchase premium, handcrafted textiles and custom-sized covers directly from the manufacturer.
2. Custom Orders and Measurements
When placing an order for custom-sized products (e.g., Sofa Covers, Mattress Protectors), you are responsible for providing accurate dimensions. Al Falah Collection will manufacture the product strictly according to the dimensions provided. We are not liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.
3. Color and Fabric Variance
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen rendering, device settings, and natural dye-lot variations in the fabric manufacturing process. Such minor variances are standard in the textile industry and do not constitute a defect.
4. Nature of Business Transactions & Dispute Resolution
Legal Disclaimer (Civil & Commercial Nature of Transactions)
All purchases, payments, and agreements made on the Al Falah Collection platform are strictly civil and commercial business transactions. In accordance with the established legal principles of the Supreme Court of Pakistan (including 2025 SCMR 1130), any disagreements regarding pricing, delivery, product quality, refunds, or payment settlements are purely civil business disputes.
Placing an order or making an advance payment does not constitute an "amanat" (trust) in the criminal sense. Customers explicitly agree that no commercial disagreement arising from these terms shall be converted into criminal liability or treated as a Criminal Breach of Trust under Section 406 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the volumetric weight of your custom order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics partners or unforeseen delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of custom-sized textiles, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or if the delivered product dimensions deviate significantly from the measurements you provided. Standard-sized items may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
